FLEXIBILITY
We don't have a 'cookie-cutter' acquisition model.
We do not operate like a Private Equity firm. We acquire your business whole or make an investment in your business and work along side you until it is time to realize its potential by exiting it together. Sometimes an owner isn’t ready to step away and wants to participate actively in growing the business, with the resources and guidance we can put behind it.
However, in most structures, owners exit over an agreed period of time, for example, 3-12 months.
We understand that the best opportunities often require out of the box thinking. We search for 'diamonds in the rough' that fall outside the mainstream and we attempt to discover value that others may overlook.
